1. Scope of Service

Solar Meridian provides professional solar panel cleaning and visual integrity audits. Our services are intended to maintain and optimize existing solar installations.

2. Access and Safety

By requesting a quote or booking a service, the Client grants Solar Meridian and its subcontractors full access to the property's roof and exterior electrical components. The Client must ensure:

• Pets are secured.

• Gates/access points are unlocked.

• Water spigots are functional (unless otherwise arranged).

3. Liability & Pre-existing Conditions

• Pre-Inspection: Technicians will document pre-existing damage (cracked cells, delamination, or roof leaks). Solar Meridian is not liable for damage pre-existed to and/or noted during pre-inspection.

• Limited Liability: Except in cases of gross negligence, Solar Meridian’s liability for property damage is limited to the total cost of the service provided.

• Weather: We reserve the right to reschedule services due to high winds, rain, or lightning to ensure technician safety.

4. Payment & Cancellation

• Payment: Due upon completion of service unless a net-30 commercial agreement is in place.

• Late Fees: Payments not received within 15 days of service will incur a 10% late fee.

• Cancellation: Please provide 48-hour notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $75 "Truck Roll" fee.
